How I work
I take on a small number of engagements at a time. That is deliberate. You work directly with me rather than through an account manager, and the person who scopes the project is the person who builds it.
Most engagements start the same way: a short conversation about what you are actually trying to fix, followed by a written scope with a fixed deliverable and a clear definition of done. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
