Short answer, if that is all you need: a one-off audit is USD 249, a four-week growth sprint is USD 899, and an ongoing retainer is USD 1,800 a month. The first thirty-minute call is free. There is no cheaper tier, and the reason is explained below rather than hidden.

On the NPR figures

USD is the billing currency, because most of my clients are outside Nepal and one price list is better than two that drift apart. The NPR column is indicative only — the exchange rate moves, and I would rather show you an approximate number than a precise one that is quietly out of date.

Audit & Quick Wins — USD 249

A crawl and technical review of the site, an analysis of your Search Console data, a review of the ad accounts if you run any, findings on where conversions are leaking, and a prioritised 30-day action plan.

The plan is written so your own developer can execute it without me. That is deliberate. An audit that only makes sense if you also buy the implementation is a sales document, not an audit.

Right for you if: you have a site that is not producing enquiries and you want to know why before spending on a retainer.
Wrong for you if: you already know what is wrong and need hands to do it.

Growth Sprint — USD 899

Four weeks covering SEO foundations, one paid campaign, and a conversion pass on the pages that matter. It is scoped at the start and the scope does not move mid-sprint.

Right for you if: you need visible movement on a defined problem in a defined window.
Wrong for you if: your market needs sustained work over months — a sprint will start something it cannot finish.

Retainer + Automation — USD 1,800/month

Ongoing work across search, paid media and AI automation, with reporting from your own Search Console and Analytics rather than a slide deck. Rolling monthly, thirty days notice, no lock-in.

Right for you if: you are competing for terms that need consistent work and you want one senior person accountable for the outcome.
Wrong for you if: you want the cheapest monthly number you can find. That is a real market and I am not competing in it.

How this compares to the Nepali market

Published Nepali agency retainers run from roughly NPR 15,000 a month at the low end to around NPR 90,000 at the upper end, with freelancers below that. My retainer sits above that range, and it is fair to ask why.

The honest answer is scope and who does the work. A NPR 15,000 retainer buys a few hours a month. That is genuinely enough to maintain a small site, publish occasionally and keep things from breaking. It is not enough to move a competitive commercial term, and an agency selling it as though it were is the actual problem in this market.

I wrote up the real numbers, sourced from published Nepali agency rates, in what digital marketing actually costs in Nepal. It includes what each budget level realistically buys. Read it before you spend money with anyone, including me.

What is not included at any tier

  • Guaranteed rankings. Nobody controls Google's ranking systems, and Google's own documentation warns you about anyone who promises otherwise.
  • Bought links or PBNs. Nepal's link market is heavily footprinted and the downside lands on your domain, not mine.
  • Fake reviews or fake listings. Both are visible to Google and risk a manual action.
  • Accounts held in my name. Everything is created under yours.
  • Training or courses. Several Nepali consultants run these well. It is a different business and I do not run one.

Common questions

How much does SEO cost in Nepal?

Agency retainers generally run NPR 15,000 to NPR 90,000 a month, freelancers below that, and my own engagements are USD 249 for an audit, USD 899 for a sprint and USD 1,800 a month for a retainer. The spread reflects scope, not quality.

Why is your pricing in USD?

Most of my clients are outside Nepal, so USD keeps one price list rather than two that drift apart. Approximate NPR equivalents are in the table above.

Do you offer cheaper monthly packages?

No. I do the work myself, so there is no junior tier to discount into. If the retainer is beyond budget, take the audit and implement it yourself — that happens often and it is a completely reasonable outcome.

How long before I see results?

Technical fixes can show measurable change in four to eight weeks. Competitive commercial terms usually take four to six months. Nobody can promise a position.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and an honest answer including "you do not need me" where that is true. Book a consultation.

Who owns the accounts?

You do, in every case. Ending the engagement costs you nothing but my access.
