Courses with fees and start dates, an enrolment form, and a schedule a student can read on a phone, for tutors and small institutes. Dark and light versions below.
Short answer: a course first site for tutors, language teachers and small institutes in Nepal, live in a dark and a light version. You send each course with its fee, schedule and next start date, and I build it so a parent can find all three on a phone and enrol the same evening; the domain and code are yours. A single tutor site sits at NPR 10,000 to 25,000, and five to ten pages with a page per course at NPR 15,000 to 50,000.
Who this design is for
IELTS and language tutors, bridge course teachers, music and art instructors and small coaching institutes in Nepal fill their classes through word of mouth and Facebook, and lose enrolments when a parent cannot find the fee or the start date. This design lists each course with the fee, the schedule and a form that takes an enrolment the same evening.
It suits a single tutor as well as an institute with several teachers and batches.

What each price band buys for a tutor or institute
- Single page, NPR 10,000 to 25,000: your courses with fees and start dates, qualifications, student quotes and an enrolment form on one page.

Parents and students in Nepal decide on a class by asking two questions: how much is it, and when does the next batch start. If the website hides either answer, the enquiry moves to Facebook Messenger and often goes no further. So this design shows the fee and the start date beside every course, and the enrolment form already knows which course and batch the student picked.
What an instructor website costs in Nepal
A single tutor usually fits the single page band, NPR 10,000 to 25,000, with every course on one scrolling page. An institute with several teachers and batches needs the five to ten page band at NPR 15,000 to 50,000 so each course can rank for its own subject, and student logins or online classes take it into original design at NPR 35,000 to 2,00,000. A course site like this is free to host on Cloudflare Pages, so you pay only for the domain each year, and the accounts are opened in your name or the institute’s.
How it works
First call. Thirty minutes, free. You tell me which courses you run, how batches are scheduled and how students pay today; I tell you what to send: the fee table, the timetable, a short profile per teacher and any results students have agreed to share.
The build. One to two weeks once the timetable is final. I fill in the enrolment form on a phone the way a parent would, check that every course page carries its fee and start date, and run the same link, speed and structured data checks this site runs on every deploy.
Handover. The domain, the code and the hosting belong to you or the institute. I show you how to change a fee or open a new batch without touching the design, and before each intake I am one message away if you want a hand.
Questions
Can students enrol and pay online?
Yes. The enrolment form takes the course and batch, and a payment link for eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer can follow by email or on the page.
How much does an institute or tutor website cost in Nepal?
A template based site of five to ten pages costs NPR 15,000 to 50,000 in Nepal. I quote per project after a free first call, and the site, domain and hosting stay in your name.
Can I update the schedule and fees myself?
Yes. The schedule and fee table are kept in a simple file or a small editor, so a change takes minutes and does not need me.
Will parents find us on Google?
The site is built to be found: each course has its own page with structured data, and the contact section links your Google Business Profile. Reviews from parents are the other half, and I show you how to ask for them.
Can each teacher at the institute have a profile?
Yes. Each teacher gets a short profile with qualifications, the subjects and levels they teach and the batches they run, linked from every course they lead. Parents often ask who teaches a class, so the profile answers that before they call.
