Website design for consultants in Nepal
Services, credentials and a way to book a call on one page, with the proof a client checks before they pay a consulting fee. Dark and light versions below.
Short answer: a credentials first site for business, tax, HR, education and immigration consultants in Nepal, live in a dark and a light version. You send the registration and licence details, the services and a profile for each partner; I lay them out so a prospect can check who you are before booking a call, and the domain and code stay yours. Five to ten pages from this design sit at NPR 15,000 to 50,000, and an original design for a larger firm at NPR 35,000 to 2,00,000.
Who this design is for
Business, tax, HR, education and immigration consultants in Nepal are hired on trust, and the website is where a prospect checks the registration, the years in practice and the people behind the firm before calling. This design puts credentials and services side by side and makes the next step a booking, not a search for a phone number.
It suits a single consultant as well as a small firm with three or four partners who each need a profile.
What is in the design, section by section
The live demo carries placeholder text. The table says what each section becomes when I build it for consultants.
| Section | What goes there for consultants |
|---|---|
| Services | Each service on its own block with who it is for, what you deliver and how long it takes. |
| Portfolio | Engagements described by sector and outcome, named only where the client has agreed. |
| Resume and credentials | Qualifications, licences and memberships with the issuing body, so they can be checked. |
| Clients | Logos or sector names, and two or three quotes with the person’s role. |
| Pricing | Fee bands in NPR per engagement or per hour, and what is included, so the first call is about fit rather than price. |
| Blog | Short answers to the questions clients ask: a tax deadline, a visa rule change, a compliance step. |
| Contact | A booking form that asks for the topic and preferred time, a phone number, and the office address with a map. |
Also included, on every build:
- A calendar link for the first call if you use Google Calendar or Calendly.
- A downloadable company profile in PDF for clients who forward it internally.
- Nepali language pages can be added for services sold to local SMEs.
- Real HTML, structured data, a sitemap and proper headings, so Google and the AI engines can read every page.
- Hosting on Cloudflare or Vercel in your own account, with the code, the repository and the domain in your name.

Each preview opens the full demo in the same tab. The content on it is placeholder text and every preview is labelled as a template, so what you are judging is the layout and the speed, not a real client site.
What each price band buys for a consultancy
- Single page, NPR 10,000 to 25,000: services, credentials with the issuing body, two or three client quotes and a booking form, for a consultant who works alone.
- Five to ten pages, NPR 15,000 to 50,000: adds a page per service, a profile page for each partner, a fee bands page and a blog for the questions clients ask.
- Original design, NPR 35,000 to 2,00,000: a layout drawn for the firm, Nepali language pages and a booking calendar for each partner, quoted separately.
The brief I build this design to
A client about to pay a consulting fee in Nepal wants three answers before the first call: that you are registered, that you have handled this kind of work before, and roughly what it costs. So this design puts the credentials beside the services, describes past engagements by sector and outcome, and shows fee bands instead of leaving the price as a surprise. Everything on the page leads to the booking form.
What a consultant website costs in Nepal
Most consultants need the five to ten page band, NPR 15,000 to 50,000, because each service and each partner deserves a page a client can find by name. A solo consultant with one or two services can start with a single page at NPR 10,000 to 25,000, and a firm that wants its own layout and Nepali pages moves to original design at NPR 35,000 to 2,00,000. I explain all three bands in my guide to website costs in Nepal. My quote follows a free thirty minute call, once I know how many partners and services the site carries. Cloudflare Pages hosts a site like this at no cost, which leaves the domain as the only renewal, and the accounts sit in the firm’s name rather than mine.
How it works
First call. Thirty minutes, free. You tell me which services bring the best clients, which credentials a prospect asks about and which engagements you are allowed to describe; I tell you what to collect: licence numbers, membership details and a short profile for each partner.
The build. One to two weeks once the profiles and service text arrive. I check that every credential on the page names the body that issued it, test the booking form from start to finish, and run the same link, structured data and layout checks this site runs on every deploy.
Handover. The domain, the repository and the hosting are put in the firm’s name. I show you how to add a partner or change a fee band yourself, and when a rule changes and you want a post up quickly, I am one message away.
Questions
Should a consulting firm show prices on its website?
Fee bands, yes. A range in NPR with what is included filters out the enquiries that were never going to fit, and the people who do call already trust you with money. The exact quote still comes after the first conversation.
How much does a consultant website cost in Nepal?
A template based site of five to ten pages costs NPR 15,000 to 50,000 in Nepal; original design with more pages runs NPR 35,000 to 2,00,000. I quote per project after a free first call, and the code and domain stay in your name.
Can each partner have a profile page?
Yes. Each profile carries the person’s credentials and services and links to the booking form, which helps when clients search a partner by name.
Can the site collect bookings?
Yes. The contact section includes a booking form and, if you use a calendar tool, a direct link to your available slots.
Can I show results without naming my clients?
Yes. Each engagement can be described by its sector, the problem and what changed, and the client’s name appears only when they agree in writing. A prospect is judging whether you have handled a case like theirs, and a sector with an outcome shows that without a name.
